Terms and Conditions

Volunteers must be at least 16 years old.Volunteers must be able to commit to a minimum of 4 hours of volunteering at the Apollo Swimming Championships.Volunteers must be able to follow the instructions of the competition organizer and the event staff.Volunteers must be able to work in a safe and responsible manner.Volunteers must be able to communicate effectively with swimmers, parents, and other volunteers.

Privacy Policy

The Apollo Swimming Championships collects personal information from volunteers in order to administer the competition and to provide them with the best possible experience. This information may include the volunteer's name, date of birth, contact information, and emergency contact information.

The Apollo Swimming Championships will not sell or share this information with any third parties without the volunteer's consent. The information will only be used for the purposes of administering the competition and providing the volunteer with the best possible experience.

Volunteers have the right to access and correct their personal information. They can also request that their personal information be deleted from the Apollo Swimming Championships records.
